Rafael Alberto Garcia, 62, Elizabethton, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 13, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Holguin, Cuba.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso R. Garcia and Anna L. Almiguel Garcia.
Survivors are his daughter, Sabrina (John) Graves; two grandchildren; two brothers, Alfonso R. Garcia and Alberto R. Garcia; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home.
A private service will be held at a later date.
