First District Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger on a break from Congress this week visited TCAT Elizabethton. She met with TCAT Elizabethton Director Dean Blevins who took her on a guided tour of the facility. Because of the pandemic, CDC protective guidelines were still in place, requiring each Harshbarger, faculty and students to wear masks.
