Lois Fay Hardin Hopson Treadway, 87, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Courtyard Assisted Living, Johnson City.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Cecil and Ruby Grindstaff Hardin.
Lois was retired from the Outpatient Service at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center after 33 years of service. She was a member of Women of the Moose and the National Association of Federal Employees.
Lois was a member of Grace Baptist Church but attended First Christian Church, Johnson City.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Arlin Hopson, and her second husband, Robert Treadway; by two infant daughters; and a sister, Erma Myers.
Survivors include her children, David Keith (Connie) Hopson, Judy (Lawrence) Haws and Karen (Lynn) Bowers; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a brother, John (Nyoka) Hardin; and several nieces and nephews.
