DECEMBER 2
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Jan. 8, at 1:30 p.m. for Jason Bryan Barber, charged with murder, first-degree, possessing a firearm or antique firearm during commission, eight counts of reckless endangerment/aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, and aggravated assault. Also, Brad Sproles was appointed his attorney after Scott Shults was relieved as Barber’s attorney.
Barber was one of three persons charged in the drive-by shooting death of 10-year-old Lillyhanna Davis on Nov. 17.
Also, a preliminary hearing was set for the same date and time for Jediah Shane Glover and Zachary Scott Scalf, arrested and charged in the same incident.
