The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Jamie Phillips, 40, 128 Lynnwood Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 26 by Sgt. David Munsey on a warrant for failure to appear.
Rex Lewis, 58, 343 Hickory Bluff, Johnson City, was arrested on October 26 by Deputy Cody Farley for failure to give immediate notice of the accident, improper registration, financial responsibility, resisting stop/frisk and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange – Schedule IV.
Christopher Nelson, 41, 355 Cherry Grove Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on October 26 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jeffery Britt, 29, address withheld, was arrested on October 26 by Deputy Robert Scott for DUI and open container.
Kristopher Collins, 28, 525 Cherry Grove Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on October 26 by Sgt. Eric Norman on a warrant for violation of probation.
Amber Frazier, 31, 438 Allen Drive, Bloomingdale, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt. Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.
James Stewart, 47, 121 Lynn Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt.  Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Corey Lyons, 24, 103 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt. Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ashley Lusk, 33, 1101 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt. Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Corey Holsclaw, 26, 320 Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt.  Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Michael Greenwell, 37, 131 Blevins Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt.  Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Natasha Nidiffer, 34, 400 Academy St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 27 by Sgt. Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.

Mitchell Estep, 43, 2697 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 28 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for aggravated assault.
Bryant McGee, 47, 1112 Carrol Creek, Johnson City, was arrested on October 28 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for violation of probation.
