Andrew McKeehan, President of Carter County Bank is proud to announce that John Wagner has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager serving Elizabethton and Carter County.

  John is a graduate of Elizabethton High School and East Tennessee State University. Mr. Wagner currently serves on the board for the Boys and Girls Club of Elizabethton/Carter County.   John began his career with Carter County Bank in 1989.  He is a second-generation banker with Carter County Bank as he followed in the footsteps of his grandfather Coz Wagner.
