Roan Street Free Will
Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have in-car services Aug. 23 at 10 a.m. in the fellowship hall parking lot.
Minister Brett Jones will present the message.
Those attending are asked to follow social distancing guidelines.
First Christian
First Christian Church has a radio worship ministry coming this Sunday, Aug. 23. Those attending are asked to park in the church parking lot by 9:45 a.m. and tune in to their car’s radio at 90.5 FM. Also, look for Lorrie Case to hand you a sanitized worship pack.
Presently, First Christian has a three-prong worship ministry — an in-house worship service at 9:45 a.m., with space for 143 worshipers in the sanctuary. This is in addition to the radio worship.
There are also in-house classes for children of all ages at the morning service.
Also, worship services are posted on Facebook and are sent via e-mail. The church has also provided a midweek video devotion along with a weekly newsletter called the FCC Update.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will host an on-line worship service Sunday at the 11 a.m. service.
The pastor, Dr. Brian Wyatt, will preach the sermon “The Stories That Shape Our Normal,” based on scripture from Acts 11: 1-18; 10:28.
Youth and Adult Forums, Wednesday Meditator, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online this week.
All in-person events remain canceled until further notice.
