The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Elvis Coffey, 36, 785 Watauga Road, Watauga, was arrested on August 5 by Deputy Morris Stewart for possession of a stolen vehicle.
Brandy Dugger, 35, 2155 Lumpkin Branch Road, Mountain City, was arrested on August 5 by Deputy Raymond Mink on a warrant for violation of probation.
Brandon Moore, 34, 172 Ranger Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 5 by Deputy Candice Potter on two warrants for violation of probation.
William Thompson, 33, 931 Maple St., Bristol, Va., was arrested on August 5 by Deputy Candice Potter on two warrants for failure to appear.
Dustin Parlier, 30, 203 Hales Court, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 6 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for violation of probation.
Edga Lyons, 42, 225 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 6 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for failure to appear.
Milburn Hughes, 52, 126 Greenbriar Drive, Hampton, was arrested on August 6 by Deputy Cody Farley for fugitive from justice.
Christopher Gross, 43, 810 Magnolia Ext., Johnson City, was arrested on August 6 by Lt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.
Britton Babb, 30, 1544 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 6 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Riva Tate, 32, 915 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 7 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.
Christina Mobley, 43, 252 Cedar Point Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 7 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Melanie Woods, 28, 119 Bill Booth Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 7 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tiffany Thompson, 34, 1002 South Broadway Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 7 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kimberly Moore, 51, 1868 Forrest View Drive, Kingsport, was arrested on August 7 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for theft of a motor vehicle.

Micky Ayers, 23, 168 Mosier Apartments, Johnson City, was arrested on August 7 by EPD Officer Mike Ward on a warrant for failure to appear.
Frances Fritts, 30, 148 Unaka Subdivision Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 7 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication.
Gregory Ward, 53, 148 Unaka Subdivision Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 7 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance (Schedule IV).
Chelsi Belcher, 27, 227 South Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 8 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jamie Phillips, 40, 128 Lynnwood Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 8 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for public intoxication.
Kyle Huffaker, 29, 130 Paul Henley Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on August 9 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on a warrant for violation of probation.
William Solinsky, 42, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 9 by EPD Sgt. Sarah Ellison for DUI and driving on a revoked license (fourth offense)
