The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Eddie Marlowe, 53, 160 Buck Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on August 4 by Deputy Jonathan Simerly for fugitive from justice.
Jackie Smith, 67, 360 Sneed Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 4 by Sergeant William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kasey Garrison-Barnett, 28, 406 West Jackson Blvd, Jonesborough, was arrested on August 4 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for violation of probation.
The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Joel Winterowd, 57, 616 E. Pine Street, Johnson City, was arrested on August 5 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for public intoxication and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
Jerry Oaks, 38, 920 South Second Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 5 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson for possession of methamphetamine for resale, unlawful drug paraphernalia, warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for failure to serve jail time.
Aaron Baumgardner, 47, 1706 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 5 by EPD Captain Patrick White for public intoxication, attempted aggravated burglary and resisting arrest.
Ashley Lusk, 33, 142 Hunters Ridge Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 6 by EPD Captain Patrick White for vandalism (under domestic violence).
