The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Craig Estep, 22, no address, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 31 by Deputy Morris Stewart for disorderly conduct, financial responsibility law and improper registration.
Carl Little, 33, 114 Marlow Lane, Hampton, was arrested on July 31 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of community corrections.
Terry Vanosdol, 46, 128 Edge Water Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 31 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jason Owens, 42, 176 Little Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 1 by Deputy Dakota Mullins for fugitive from justice.
Dennis Krippendorf, 45, 528 S. Sycamore St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 1 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Rachel Fish, 46, 116 Seanna Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 1 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.
Billy Johnson, 62, 315 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 1 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for aggravated assault.
Eric Swain, 34, 362 Rock House Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 1 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on two warrants for violation of probation.
Joey Pearce, 53, 2140 West G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 1 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.
Herbert Maniette, 49, 438 Prison Camp Road, N.C., was arrested on August 2 by Deputy Brandon Patterson for DUI (second offense) and violation of implied consent.
Ronald Napier, 23, 908 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 2 by Deputy Justin Johnson on warrants for evading arrest, no/expired driver’s license, failure to obey traffic control device, loud muffler, reckless endangerment x2 and reckless driving.
Brandon Clark, 33, 1117 Jay St., Johnson City, was arrested on August 2 by Deputy Gabriel Felty on a warrant for violation of probation.
Richard Johnson, 32, address withheld, was arrested on August 3 by Deputy Cody Farley for domestic assault.
Chelcey Rainbolt, 29, 305 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.
April Campbell, 40, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 3 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Johnny Berry, 54, 155 Rainbow Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 3 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.

Nathan Bowers, 61, 122 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 31 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for public intoxication.
Gregory Ledsome, 39, 1912 Myrtle Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on August 2 by EPD Cpl. James Deese for failure to comply with financial responsibility, driving on revoked license and drivers to exercise due care.
Melissa Milsaps, 46, no address, was arrested on August 3 by EPD Sgt. Sarah Ellison for public intoxication.
