The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Barbara Scalf, 32, 187 Hart Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 10 by Sgt. Tracie Pierson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Martha Thornburg, 27, 308 Montrose Ave., Morristown, was arrested on July 10 by Deputy Jordan Cole on a warrant for violation of probation.
David Bell, 37, 1362 Piney Flats Road, Watauga, was arrested on July 10 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Coty Lanigan, 32, 120 Yard Hill Road, was arrested on July 10 by Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
Joshua Swieter, 36, 822 Ramsey Wood Road, Todd, N.C., was arrested on July 11 by Sgt. Eric Norman for public intoxication.
Deranda Fair, 36, 3211 Mayfield Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on July 11 by Deputy Morris Stewart for driving while revoked/suspended, financial responsibility, criminal impersonation, Schedule VI drug violations and paraphernalia possession.
Brady Hill, 29, address withheld, was arrested on July 11 by Deputy Caleb Rojek on a warrant for violation of probation.
James Sheets, 29, address withheld, was arrested on July 12 by Sgt. Johnathon Blevins for interference with emergency calls.
Lindsey Moore, 28, address withheld, was arrested on July 12 by Sgt. Johnathon Blevins for aggravated assault.
Christopher Bowling, 41, 127 Sunrise Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 12 by Deputy Clyde Garland on a warrant for aggravated domestic assault.
Michael Shell, 37, 216 Willow St., Roan Mountain, was arrested on July 12 by Lt. Issac Rhea on a warrant for violation of probation and a warrant for failure to appear.
Christy Brandon, 34, 120 Cecil Vanhuss Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 13 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jarrett Redding, 29, 2155 Hickory Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested on July 13 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.

Amber Hammons, 18, 1003 Riverview Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 10 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on a warrant for failure to appear.
Daniel Reed, 32, 172 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on July 13 by EPD Sgt. Douglas Combs on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ashley Lusk, 33, 142 Hunters Ridge Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 13 by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock for public intoxication.
William Lambert, 47, 127 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on July 13 by EPD Officer Tyler Holsclaw for public intoxication.
Penny Powers, 43, no address, was arrested on July 13 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett for public intoxication.
