The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Chelcey Rainbolt, 29, 305 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on June 20 by Deputy Russell Broadway on a warrant for failure to appear.
Christopher McClellan, 25, 687 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on June 19 by Deputy Russell Broadway on a warrant for failure to appear.
Todd Elliott, 38, address withheld, was arrested on June 20 by Deputy Cody Farley for domestic assault.
Douglas Stanton, 23, 303 J. Bunton Road, Mountain City, was arrested on June 20 by Deputy Daniel Stanton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Michael Lamb, 110 Carl Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested on June 20 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.
Mickey Bennett, 56, address withheld, was arrested on June 20 by Deputy Paul Morell for aggravated assault.
Matthew Mercereau, 32, 115 East E St., was arrested on June 20 by Deputy Thomas Hill for DUI and violation of implied consent.
Dustin Gallimore, 23, 285 Bill Nave Loop, was arrested on June 21 by Deputy Jared Bailey on a warrant for failure to appear.
Charles Keith, 50, 213 Whitehead Drive, Bluff City, was arrested on June 21 by Deputy Dustin Mullins on a warrant for failure to appear.

Edward Guinn, 51, no address, was arrested on June 19 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for public intoxication.
Ronald Carden, 43, 455 Wilbur Dam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on June 19 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins on a warrant for shoplifting and a warrant for violation of probation.
Steve Knox, 24, 1298 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on June 20 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on a warrant of conditioning of community supervision.
Lynn Workman, 55, 304 East Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on June 20 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication.
Adam Shepherd, 34, 603 Parkway Blvd., Elizabethton, was arrested on June 20 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Edward Guinn, 51, no address, was arrested on June 21 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson on a warrant for failure to appear.
Joseph Collins, 32, 3614 Watterson St., Kingsport, was arrested on June 21 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for driving on revoked (fourth offense), expired registration, failure to comply with financial responsibility and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
