Scarlett Faye Blevins, Kingsport, passed away on May 19, 2020 at the Holston Valley Medical Center at just two months of age. Full of happiness, light, and personality, Scarlett was loved by everyone she encountered in her short time. She left an impression that will truly never be forgotten.
Those left to cherish Scarlett’s memory include her loving parents, Miriam Stout and Blake Blevins. Also left to remember Scarlett is her maternal grandmother, Andrea Stout; her uncle, Elijah Stout; her great-grandparents, Jerry and Ann Stout. Her paternal side include her grandparents, Robbie Blevins and Jennifer Johnson; uncles, Andy Blevins and girlfriend Chelsea and Tobe Blevins; and great-grandmother, Marie Blevins.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Friends may register their presence at the funeral home on Sunday, May 24, between the hours of 12 and 5 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website at www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
