4 arrested on murder charges in 2013 Tennessee slaying

DECATURVILLE (AP) — Four men were served with arrest warrants on murder charges and other counts in a 2013 slaying in Tennessee, officials said Thursday.
The men were charged in the death of John Wesley Conway, 28, of Decaturville. A Decatur County grand jury returned indictments last May, but the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said they were not previously unsealed “due to the highly sensitive and complex nature of the investigation.”
One of the men, Dustin “Dusty” Lovelace, 45, was indicted in 2014 and arrested on charges including first-degree murder, but the charges were dismissed in 2016 after it was determined others were involved, the TBI said in a news release.
Lovelace was served with an arrest warrant Thursday along with William Crawley, 27; Mickey “Earl” Harris, 61; and Franklin Shane Rushing, 50. They are each charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery.
Crawley, Harris, and Lovelace are being held without bond in the Decatur County jail. Rushing is incarcerated on unrelated federal drug counts in Mississippi and will be transported to Decatur County later.
