First Christian
First Christian Church will soon be opening on a scaled-down basis. There are no exact dates yet for the re-opening. Meanwhile, the public is invited to check out the church’s online services: May 3, April 26, and April 29 at https:/vimeo.com. You can go to the Internet and the Vimeo.com page and search for Mike Klaus, and the messages can be found there.
We wish all our mothers a Happy Mother’s Day.
First Presbyterian
The Rev. Brian Wyatt, pastor, will preach a sermon entitled “Broken Pottery” Sunday for the online worship service at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton. The sermon is based on Isa. 30: 12-15.
Youth and Adult Forums, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online this week.
All in-person events are canceled through the end of May.
Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church will have a worship service Sunday at 9 a.m. at the Stateline Drive-In, Highway 19-E.
Only 112 cars will be allowed to enter. Gates will open at 8:30 a.m.
Restrooms will not be available, and those attending must stay in their cars at all times.
