The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Chelsie Moreland, 30, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested on April 28 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for maintaining a dwelling.
James Pierce, 33, 108 Hope St., Elizabethton, was arrested on April 28 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for maintaining a dwelling.
Billy Cole, 53, 410 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on April 28 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of bond supervision.
Holly Clem, 34, 141 E. Market St., Johnson City, was arrested on April 28 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Brad Mullins, 38, 171 Renfro Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on April 28 by Deputy Justin Johnson for possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, sale, or possession of methamphetamine for resale.
Tyler Higgins, 26, 1889 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Clyde Garland for paraphernalia possession, simple/casual exchange and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
Brandon Yates, 31, 110 Holly Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for meth possession, driving while suspended and paraphernalia possession.
Timothy Shell, 60, 403 Heaton St., Roan Mountain, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ian Ford, 46, 1423 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Jared Bailey on warrants for failure to appear and aggravated assault.
Brandon Corbitt, 3000 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Caleb Rojek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Timothy Garland, 43, 116 Unaka View Road, Johnson City, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Justin Johnson for aggravated burglary and child neglect.
Susan Lemley, 1010 Daisy Lane, Jonesborough, was arrested on April 29 by Deputy Justin Covington for DUI (second) and implied consent.

Aaron Baumgardner, 46, 1706 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on April 28 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for public intoxication.
Suzanne Carter, 59, 285 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on April 28 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for two counts of assault on an officer, assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
