Earl Junior Johnson, 63, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020, at his residence.
Earl was a native of Carter County. He was employed in maintenance and was a member of East Fairview Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Johnson Brock; a brother, Max Brock; and a sister, Peggy Townsend.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Jean Grubb Johnson; his father, Bobby Reece; his children, Kimberly Torres, Kandy Martinez, Heather Wandersee, Krystal Atkinson, Danial Woelkers, Chelsie Johnson and Ciara Shaver; 27 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Penny King, Marie Suttles and Lisa Reece; two brothers, Darrell Reece and Earnest Brock; and several nieces and nephews.
The graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 12, in the Elk Mills Cemetery with the Rev. Carl Grindstaff officiating. Active pallbearers will be Danial Woelkers, Brent Shaver, Richard Griffin, Fidel Campos, Jose Campos and Joseph Garcia.
