Roger Griggs, 55, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton. He had been battling MS for the last 15 years.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth “Diane” Blevins, in February 2015.
Roger was a 1982 gradudae of Unaka High School.
He is survived by his sister, Anna Lee (June) Griggs of Bluff City, and several nieces and nephews.
His special friends are Reese, Patrick and Michael Cole, Waymon Carrier and Tim Hardin, and special cousin, Nathan Shankles.
The family would like to thank the staff of Life Care Center and Caris Hospice for taking care of our loved one.
Roger has donated his body to Restore Life USA to study MS and maybe some day find a cure.
