Narcotics Anonymous will meet at 12:15 p.m. at 546 Elk Ave., Elizabethton.

“New Way of Life,” a 12 step based, Open Recovery Meeting, will be held at noon at The Red Legacy, 210 S. Hills Drive, Elizabethton.

• Thursday, Feb. 27

Medicaid & Estate Planning Seminar will be held at 5 p.m. at Life Care Center of Elizabethton, 1641 Highway 19E, Elizabethton. Please join us for answers to any questions you may have regarding Medicaid or Estate Planning. Speaker will be Bailey Schiermeyer, JD, Elder Law Attorney with Elder Law of East Tennessee. PAL, a new support group for adults with loved ones battling addiction to drugs/alcohol, will meet at 11 a.m. at the Carter County Drug Prevention Coalition, 546 East Elk Ave., Elizabethton. The weekly meetings offer education, support, HOPE, and the knowledge that you are not alone.
