The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Zaylor Arnett, 21, 208 Marion Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 29 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brandon Melton, 39, 510 Bryant Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on January 29 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Danielle Lambert, 23, 159 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on January 29 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for failure to appear.

Anthony Weeks, 32, 309 Pardee St., Johnson City, was arrested on January 29 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on warrants for unlawful possession of a weapon, identity theft, aggravated burglary, employing a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony, assault with bodily injury x2, theft of property $1,000 or less and vandalism $1,000 or less.

Austin Church, 20, 750 Main St., Butler, was arrested on January 30 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on two warrants for failure to appear.

Charles Dugger, 30, 497 Riley Hollow Road, Bluff City, was arrested on January 30 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Brittany Helmick, 29, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 30 by Sgt. David Munsey on a warrant for violation of probation.

Keina Lovell, 31, 104 Laurel St., Hampton, was arrested on January 30 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for DUI.

Johnny Russell, 22, 13517 Hwy. 67W Butler, was arrested on January 31 by Deputy Thomas Hill for DUI and implied consent law.

Robert Ray, 37, 139 Elijah Garland Cemetery Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on February 1 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for failure to appear.

Angela Stroberg, 37, 346 Sims Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 1 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for failure to appear 2x.

Cecil Tolley, 43, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 1 by Deputy Jared Cook for filing a false report.

Joshua Curtis, 29, 137 Commodore Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 1 by Deputy Jarrid Hawkins for assault.

Edwin Foil, 45, address withheld, was arrested on February 1 by Deputy Justin Covington for fugitive from justice.

Myrika Wheeler, 42, 115 Banks Road, Johnson City, was arrested on February 2 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant for failure to appear.

Shannon Cerezo, 47, 115 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 2 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for violation of probation.

Derek Causby, 37, 143 Green Acres Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 2 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.

Terri Wade, 33, 1511 Highway 67N, Trade, was arrested on January 30 by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard on warrants for failure to appear.

Lori Turner, 49, 110 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested on February 2 by EPD Captain Anthony Buck for driving on a suspended license, joyriding and on a warrant for failure to appear.
