The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Jessica Whitehead, 41, 632 Toll Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested on November 15 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Britton Babb, 29, 124 Holston Mountain Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 15 by Deputy Justin Johnson for altering, falsifying, or forging evidence of title, assignments or plates, signals for turns and financial responsibility.

Casey Hansford, 23, 416 Paty Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 16 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Tyler Carr, 28, 111 Bill Lewis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Kyrie Koerber, 18, 108 Price Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Scott Lytle, 58, 123 Resser Road, Johnson City, was arrested on November 16 by Deputy Erin Potter on an outstanding warrant for driving on suspended license, second offense.

Jacob Culler, 33, 181 Carver Crabtree Road, Hampton, was arrested on November 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Amy Dugger, 35, 123 Mountain View Circle, Hampton, was arrested on November 17 by Deputy Thomas Hill for burglary, simple possession or casual of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Casey Oaks, 28, 403 Heaton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 17 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Tonya Goulds, 40, 112 West I St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 18 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.

Anthony Hammonds, 22, 831 Opossum Hollow Road, Gray, was arrested on November 18 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for theft of property over $1,000.

Robert Coleman, 27, 114 Taylor Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 18 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Melissa Duckett, 52, 170 Willard Perkins Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 18 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.

Nathanial Gibson, 37, 1095 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 18 by Sgt. William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of community service.

Lindsay Scott, 42, 528 Rock Hill Road, Watauga, was arrested on November 18 by Sgt. William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of community service.

Samantha Estep, 24, 117 Nannie Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested on November 18 by Deputy Justin Johnson on outstanding warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Larry Cole, 34, 1252 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 18 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for simple possession or casual exchange x2, meth possession and on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Barrie Oliver, 51, 200 South Boone St., Johnson City, was arrested on November 19 by Lt. Issac Rhea on a warrant for violation of probation.

Joshua Harrison, 31, 361 Old Buck Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 19 by Lt. Issac Rhea on a warrant for violation of probation.

Cody Presnell, 28, 917 Elliott St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 19 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Leonard McInturff, 41, 104 Wilson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 19 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Patrick Culbert, 30, 849 1972 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested on November 19 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Donald Britt, 28, 109 Meredith Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 19 by Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.

Leonard McInturff, 41, 104 Wilson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 19 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for domestic assault.

Corissa Barnard, 33, 306 Southview Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 20 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Nicholas Isaacs, 24, 2105 Seminole Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on November 20 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Daniel Schmidt, 40, 504 Trudy St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 18 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on a warrant out of Sullivan County.

Gordie Stevens, 41, 412 Possum Creek Road, Bluff City, was arrested on November 20 by EPD Sgt. Douglas Combs for driving while restrictions in effect-habitual offender third offense, misuse of evidence of registration, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to comply with financial responsibility and an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Brandon Moore, 33, 101 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 20 by EPD Officer David Johnson for public intoxication and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Eric Kent, 37, 144 Rolling Acres Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on November 18 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for shoplifting.
