The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Seth Cornelius, 27, 2309 Edgewater Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 12 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Nancy Guy, 64, 2004 Hwy. 321 Hampton, was arrested on November 12 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Elizabeth Riddle, 26, 118 Dugger St., Hampton, was arrested on November 12 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Esteban Salinas, 41, 130 Blevins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 12 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Jason Danner, 40, 629 First Ave., Hampton, was arrested on November 12 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Cody Hurley, 33, 191 Hodge Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 12 by Deputy Justin Covington for driving on revoked (second).

Johnny Odom, 48, 263 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 12 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Christopher Russell, 31, 501 Pilgrim Court, Johnson City, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for unauthorized use of automobile/joyriding, simple possession/casual exchange and paraphernalia possession.

Wesley Stewart, 30, 111 Humphreys Lane, Johnson City, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brandon Carrier, 38, 268 Dry Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 13 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for violation of criminal corrections.

Jesse Sparks, 38, 406 McArthur St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Alexis Townsend, 26, 193 Echo Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on a warrant for failure to appear.

Ricky Sandlin, 34, 1017 Vermont Ave., Bristol, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.

Brandon Graves, 35, 249 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.

Freddie Charlton, 57, 1957 Dave Buck Road, Lot #3, Johnson City, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on a warrant for sale of methamphetamine (.5 grams or more) x3 and maintaining a dwelling/narcotics sold.

Raymond McKinney, 45, 119 Tillman Campbell Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 13 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Joshua Presnell, 37, 126 Oakmont Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 14 by Investigator Penny Garland for violation of a court order/contempt of court.

Phillip Ray, 35, 139 Elisha Garland Cemetery Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on November 14 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Jeffrey Brown, 48, 106 Reeser Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 14 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Amanda Fontana, 32, 120 Hardin Lane, Unicoi, was arrested on November 14 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for driving while revoked/suspended.

Jesse Neas, 31, 69 Deerchase Lane, Chuckey, was arrested on November 14 by Sgt. William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for cruelty to animals.

Kaelyn Parker, 28, 362 Bishop Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 14 by Deputy Josh Peters on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

Alisha Arnold, 33, 5810 Hwy. 67 W, Mountain City, was arrested on November 15 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Dussault, 58, 520 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 12 by EPD Officer Jason Mosier for resisting arrest and an active warrant for two counts of child abuse and neglect.

Dalton Stout, 22, 435 Beasley St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 14 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on a warrant for domestic assault.

Johnny Glass, 29, 2257 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 15 by EPD Sgt. James Sexton on a warrant for prescription drug fraud.

Bradrick Fields, 41, 307 Hamilton St., Johnson City, was arrested on November 15 by EPD Sgt. Sarah Ellison on a warrant for unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Ashley, 41, 216 South Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested on November 17 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson on a warrant for resisting stop/frisk.
