Thankful for good customer service

To the Editor:
Surely, as I, you know good service is becoming more rare all the time, so I want to share a recent experience with you.
I stopped by Doe River Leather Works with a basic question and to make a small purchase. I left with so much more! In fact, when I was outside the business I exclaimed out loud, “Now that’s customer service.” Then I thanked God for businesses like that one and for craftsmen like Ty.
