The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Lynn Scalf, 36, 128 Spring Street, Hampton, was arrested August 6 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Olivia Richardson, 39, 351 Steel Bridge Road Elizabethton, was arrested August 6 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Jacquelin Smith, 30, 2484 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 6 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Daniel Reed, 31, 105 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested August 6 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Brittany Helmick, 28, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 6 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Lori Sansom, 54, 112 Robin Lane, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 6 by Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Aaron McDowell, 34, 815 South Watauga Avenue, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 6 by Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant for failure to appear.

James Hillman, 57, 206 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City,  was arrested August 6 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Richard Forrester, 29, 710 South Lynn Avenue,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an outstanding warrant for violation of community corrections.

Robert Ray, 29, 100 South Watauga Avenue, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Investigator Michael Bean for attempted theft of property over $1,000.

Terri Montgomery, 38, 608 Locust Street, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Douglas Mahan on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Darin Scalf, 54, 103 Countryside Drive, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Cody Madden, 28, 1545 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested August 7 by Deputy Zachary Harris on two counts of assault.

David Taunton, 19, 109 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 7 by Deputy Zachary Harris on one count of assault.

Forrest Taylor, 35, 507 South Beech Street, Johnson City, was arrested August 7 by Deputy Zachary Harris on one count of assault.

Cameron Campbell, 21, 141 Pinnacle Drive, Elizabethton,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Justin Johnson on two warrants for theft of property under $500.

Ashley Howard, 31, 264 Rockhouse Road, Johnson City,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Cory Locklear for driving on a suspended license.

D.J. Holsclaw, 19, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton,  was arrested August 7 by Deputy Justin Burchfield for driving on suspended, simple possession and drag racing.

Larry Dial, 41, 122 Ed Stout Road, Hampton,  was arrested August 8 by Deputy Dakota Mullins on an active warrant for evading arrest.

Melvin Chism, 44, 1957 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested August 9 by Deputy Brandon Patterson for manufacture, deliver, sale or possession of methamphetamine less than .5.

Heather Hicks, 34, 131 Icy Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested August 9 by Deputy Timothy DesForges on a warrant for violation of probation.

Gregory Hicks, 33, 125 Icy Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested August 9 by Deputy Timothy DesForges on a warrant for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Kristin Honeycutt, 27, 500 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested August 9 by Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.

Miranda Roskie, 36, 202 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested August 9 by Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Joseph Tolley, 40, 1616 E Street, Kingsport,  was arrested August 11 by Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.

Andrea Britt, 50, 148 Greenbriar Drive, Hampton, was arrested August 11 by Lieutenant Myles Cook on outstanding warrants for simple possession/casual exchange, paraphernalia possession and sale of methamphetamine .5 or more.

Eugen Gove, 49, 12170 Cardinal Road, Delmar, DE., was arrested August 11 by Deputy Caleb Rojek for simple possession or casual exchange and unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.

Jody Stonecipher, 39, 806 Dennis Cove Road, Hampton, was arrested August 11 by Deputy Christian Carrier for evading arrest.
