The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Austin Pierce, 23, 185 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested June 4 by Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.

Anthony Johnson, 31, 130 Dogwood Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested June 4 by Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.

Lynn Scalf, 36, 132 Hubert Shell Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested June 4 by Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jerry Agan, 47, 124 Forest Crest Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested June 4 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on an outstanding warrant for failure to give immediate notice of accident.

Charlotte Coffey, 35, 155 George Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 4 by Sgt. David Munsey on a warrant for failure to appear.

Kenneth Heaton, 67, 162 Dugger Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 5 by Deputy Richard Whitt on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Dylan Wiseman, 23, address withheld, was arrested June 5 by Deputy Caleb Rojek for aggravated assault.

Michelle Donaldson, 46, 149 Cove Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested June 5 by Deputy Cody Farley for DUI and simple possession.

William Harrison, 32, address withheld, was arrested June 5 by Sgt. Michael Malone for domestic assault.

Amanda Necessary, 30, 318 Church Road, South Fall Branch, was arrested June 6 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Gerald Jenkins, 60, 398 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 7 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Larry Stapleton, 26, 431 W. G St., Elizabethton,  was arrested June 7 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Daniel Allmon, 32, 137 Jenkins Hollow Road, Elizabethton,  was arrested June 7 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Jullian Smith, 28, 741 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested June 7 by Deputy Erin Potter on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Alexander Bryan, 32, 121 Berry Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 8 by Deputy Justin Johnson for driving on revoked.

Aaron Williamson, 34, 214 Bobs Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 8 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters on a warrant for failure to appear.

Cletis Holtsclaw, 54, 110 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 8 by Deputy Justin Johnson for driving on revoked (third offense).

Mark Trivett, 30, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested June 9 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.

Carrie Stephens, 40, 217 Toll Branch Spur, Johnson City, was arrested June 10 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to report to serve jail time.

Ashley Repass, 29, 645 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 4 by EPD Captain Anthony Buck for public intoxication and casual exchange/simple possession.

Dana Murphy, 33, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested June 4 by EPD Officer Jason Mosier for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Mitchell Buchanan, 64, 710 E. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested June 4 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson for public intoxication.

Jonathan Dial, 39, 200 Northeast St., Elizabethton, was arrested June 5 by EPD Officer Kenny Lowe on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jennifer Radford, 29, 204 E. I St., Elizabethton, was arrested June 5 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson for driving without a license.

David Parlier, 67, 509 W. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested June 9 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce for public intoxication and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Jacob Taylor, 25, 1253 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested June 9 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett on a warrant for failure to appear.
