State Bound! Jr. Lady Highlanders and Jr. Bulldogs embark for state tourney

The Hampton Elementary Jr. Bulldogs and the Cloudland Elementary Jr. Lady Highlanders embarked on their journey to the first-ever TMSAA State Tournament Thursday morning.
The teams were sent off in style as fans and students cheered them on their way.
Friday, Cloudland will open play at 5:30 p.m. EST as they take on South Lawrence Middle School inside Blackman Middle School in Murfreesboro. The Jr. Bulldogs will play at 6:45 p.m. EST against Smith County Middle School also at Blackman Middle.
