The service will include worship and praise in celebration of the birth of Christ. Also, the fifth candle in the Advent Wreath, the Christ Candle, will be lit.

New Liberty
New Liberty Freewill Baptist Church will complete a month-long celebration of Christ’s birth Sunday with Pastor Rev. Nick Colbaugh providing a Christmas message. Christmas hymns will be presented by the church choir.

Blue Springs Christian Church will have a live nativity scene this evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church located on Blue Springs Road.
Motorists can drive by the nativity scene or park in the church parking lot and walk to the scene, which will feature live animals.
