Ruth Edwina Hayes Jennings, 91, a native of Elizabethton passed away on December 8, 2018 , in Salisbury, NC. She is survived by her sister, Cleola Taylor of Elizabethton and her daughters, Sondra “Sandi” Meeks (Randy) and Kerisha Kegley of Salisbury, NC. She had four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
