The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Clay Seals, 51, 486 George Allen Road, Surgoinsville, was arrested November 2 by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on an active warrant for theft of property x2 and identity theft x2.
Matthew Widner, 36, 2118 Highway 421 North, Mountain City, was arrested November 2 by CCSD Deputy William Vinson on an active warrant for failure to appear on burglary and driving on revoked.
Robin Gallucci, 28, 1108 Oakdell Court, Johnson City, was arrested November 2 by CCSO Deputy Russell Broadway for criminal impersonation, escape, possession of methamphetamine, manufacture/delivery/sale of Schedule IV phentermine, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of controlled substance into a correctional institution.
David Hitchens, 32, 229 Mallards Lane, Limestone, was arrested November 3 by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on an outstanding warrant for aggravated domestic assault.
Wesley Lawson, 33, 4017 Lakewood Drive, Kingsport, was arrested November 3 by CCSO Deputy Johnathon Blevins for aggravated burglary.
Justin Hyder, 30, 536 Highway 93, Fall Branch, was arrested November 3 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Parlier, 56, 1392 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested November 5 by CCSO Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on four counts of simple possession/casual exchange and one count of manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of meth.
Lisa Cipy, 51, 1230 Dry Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 6 by CCSO Sgt. Amanda Little on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jason Barnett, 36, 115 Carr Road, Watauga, was arrested November 7 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott on warrants for failure to appear.
Tony Hildebrand, 43, 2670 Bob Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 7 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of sex offender registry.
Rachel Campbell, 43, 1320 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested November 7 by Deputy William Staschak on outstanding warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.
Robert Willis, 27, 135 Holston Drive, Bluff City, was arrested November 7 by CCSO Lt. Myles Cook on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.
James Ollis, 25, 217 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested November 8 by CCSO Lt. Myles Cook on an active order for arrest out of Avery County, N.C., for fugitive from justice.
