The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Tara Hall, 32, 121 Hope Street, Elizabethton, was arrested October 29 by CCSO Sergeant Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Christopher Garland, 28, 1006 Bayless Road, Jonesborough, was arrested October 30 by CCSO Sergeant Brian McGinnis on a warrant out of General Session Court with a $750 straight bond and a warrant out of Criminal Court with $25,000 straight bond.

Troy Blevins, 53, 1032 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested October 30 by CCSO Sergeant Michael Malone for burglary, schedule II and schedule VI.

Brandon Carrier, 37, 125 Gray Fletcher Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 30 by CCSO Lieutenant Mark McClain on a warrant for violation of probation.

Keith Nave, 47, address withheld, was arrested October 30 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier domestic aggravated assault.

Boyd Ward, 76, 108 Ed Carpenter Road, Johnson City, was arrested October 30 by Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Brandi Minutolo, 37, 2002 Aspen Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested October 30 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear, criminal impersonation and resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search Prevention or obstruction of service of legal writ or process.

Norman Sparks, 26, 160 Scafford Branch, Elizabethton, was arrested October 31 by CCSO Sergeant Brian McGinnis on a warrant.

Tony Bates, 18, 103 Dugger Street, Hampton, was arrested October 31 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry for domestic assault.

Patricia Whitehead, 42, 6270 Simerly Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested October 31 by CCSO Deputy Samuel Pearce on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Scott Peters, 33, 1200 19E Bypass, Elizabethton, was arrested November 1 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on outstanding warrants for violation of probation.

Rod Milhomme, 44, 109 Natalie Street, Erwin, was arrested November 1 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Samantha Cole, 30, 1209 Idlewylde Circle, Johnson City, was arrested on warrants out of General Sessions Court.

Lersa Hodge, 56, 141 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 1 by CCSO Dispatcher Shana Brower on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

April Munday, 39, 608 Locust Street, Elizabethton, was arrested November 1 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
