The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office and Elizabethton Police Department:

• William Berry, 56, 250 Big Sandy Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 7 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Dustin Braswell, 26, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested August 7 by deputies of the CCSO on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Danielle Lambert, 21, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested August 7 by deputies of the CCSO on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Brent Roark, 25, 605 Carter Sells Road, Johnson City, was arrested August 7 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Eddie Bishop, 48, 114 Pearl Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 7 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging him with criminal simulation and an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.

• Erin Robinson, 41, 206 Bulldog Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 8 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Ronnie King, 58, 315 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested August 8 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Toney Orren, 34, 430 Beasley St., Apt. 1, Elizabethton, was arrested August 8 by deputies of the CCSO on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Ashley Orren, 32, 430 Beasley St., Elizabethton, was arrested August 8 by deputies of the CCSO on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear to serve jail time.

• Shane May, 49, 115 Beechnut St., Johnson City, was arrested August 8 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield on a warrant charging him with violation of bond supervision.

• Bobby Smith, 25, 3508 Arrow Drive, Knoxville, was arrested August 8 by deputies of the CCSO on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Triston Pace, 31, 1972 Michael Drive, Johnson City, was arrested August 8 by deputies of the CCSO on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.

• Jonathan Crosswhite, 53, 193 Davis Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 8 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak and charged with two counts of possession of drugs for resale, evading arrest, resisting arrest, and simple assault.

• Brandi Harte, 30, 317 Ruth St., Bristol, was arrested August 9 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Michael Floyd, 25, 1112 Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested August 10 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Florida.

• Ricardo Saldana, 25, 2741 W. Walnut St., Johnson City, was arrested August 10 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Joe D. Lunceford Jr., 46, 1272 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested August 10 by CCSO Deputy Dakota Mullins and charged with third offense driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, evading arrest, simple possession of Schedule V drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kelsey Nicalek-Nelson, 22, 806 N. Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested August 10 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear and an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court.

• Shaun Mullins, 39, 100 Daytona Place, Elizabethton, was arrested August 10 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with burglary and theft over $1,000.

• Gary Townsend, 48, 130 Robinson Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested August 11 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Dalton Stines, 19, Butler, was arrested August 11 by deputies of the CCSO and charged with burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.

• Crystal Rainbolt, 35, of Elizabethton, was arrested August 11 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair and charged with specially aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, vandalism, and criminal trespassing.

• Adam Hinkle, 38, of 1902 Highway 91, was arrested August 11 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair and charged with specially aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, vandalism, and criminal trespassing.

• Tina Rainbolt, 41, of 204 Melody Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested August 11 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair and charged with the unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• Joseph Hill, 39, of 204 Melody Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested August 11 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair and charged with the unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• Olivia Naff, 27, 1401 Skyline Drive, Johnson City, was arrested August 10 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication.

• James Wilson, 35, 104 Midway Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested August 11 by EPD Officer Paul Brown and charged with public intoxication.

• Justin Hyder, 30, 536 Highway 93, Fall Branch, was arrested August 11 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with public intoxication, unlawful drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance – schedule II.

• Travis Guess, 38, 908 Pleasant Street, Elizabethton, was arrested August 11 by EPD Officer Paul Brown on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Christopher Erickson, 21, 836 Highway 91, Elizabethton was arrested August 12 by EPD and charged with driving under the influence, driving on revoked license (1st) and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

• Ross Campbell, 38, 800 Broyles Avenue, Erwin, was arrested August 12 by EPD Cpl. James Sextion and charged with public intoxication and aggravated criminal trespassing.

• Joshua Saylor, 29, 150 Brummett Drive, Unicoi, was arrested August 12 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on a warrant charging home with failure to appear.

• Angel Jeffords, 27, 665 Carter Hill Road, Piney Flats, was arrested August 12 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Michael West, 45, 608 Locus Street, Elizabethton, was arrested August 12 by EPD Training Officer Matt Croy on warrants charging him with violation of community supervision for life and sexual offender registry violation.
