Meth bust nets 4 arrests

The Elizabethton Police Department announced Monday afternoon that four individuals have been arrested as the result of an ongoing investigation into a methamphetamine manufacturing incident.
The subjects that were arrested include: Amanda Ulrich of Clinton, Connecticut, Elva Zukoski, Peter Larangera and Brenard Roache of 730 D Hickory Street.
According to information provided by the department, components of what were identified as “one pot” meth labs were located on the scene and the Tennessee Dangerous Drugs Task Force was called to the scene at 9:10 a.m. Thursday morning at 730 Hickory Street, after receiving a tip, to make it safe. The four subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Carter County Jail.
According to the department, the subjects are facing various charges, and some of the charges are related to the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Information on the specific charges were not available at the Elizabethton Star’s press deadline but will be announced once all warrants have been served. The area has been properly decontaminated and there is not any danger to the public.
