Charlotte Jean Deloach

Charlotte Jean Deloach, 81, of Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018, at her residence.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Harry Eugene and Ossie Bare Burrow.
Charlotte worked at Levi-Strauss and retired from Big Lots. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, William Buddy Deloach; a son, Billy Ray Deloach; a sister, Jayne Nidiffer; a brother, Charles Terry Burrow; and a brother-in-law, J.M. Peters.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Deloach Walker and husband Rick; two grandchildren, Travis Walker and Leah Deloach; two great-grandchildren, Hannah and Peyton Norris; a daughter-in-law, Michelle Deloach; two sisters, Pat Peters and Jennie Hodge and husband Lawrence; one brother, Roger Dale Burrow and wife Lisa; a sister-in-law, Geraldine Burrow; several nieces and nephews; and also her fur baby, Simon.
Funeral services for Charlotte Jean Deloach will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bobby Burrow, her nephew, officiating. The graveside service and interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, will be Michael Burrow, Jimmy Dale Burrow, Russell Hodge, Robert Miller, Jamie Peters and Jon Nidiffer. Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Adkins, Lawrence Hodge and Rocky Croy. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to Julie Hunt, FNP-BC ETSU Internal Medicine, Carolyn and Lori of Amedisys Hospice and to her family and friends for all their support and prayers during her illness. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Friends may also visit with the family at the residence.
