• Justin Roberts, 35, 1319 Dry Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Feb. 4 by CCSO Deputy Nick Andes and charged with violation of an order of protection.

• Justice Godsey, 24, 1972 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Feb. 3 by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenny Lowe on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Lacey Terwedo, 32, 336 Big Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Feb. 4 by EPD Cpl. Eric Buck and charged with public intoxication, possession of Schedule III drugs, and possession of Schedule IV drugs.
