Lambert was arrested in a different incident on Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Roger Brown and charged with evading arrest, reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and failure to display registration.

• Maverick Estep, 41, 130 Carrier Asher Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on warrants charging him with theft of property and failure to appear.

• Johnny Davis, 42, 3000 Fall Branch Road, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly on a warrant charging him with simple assault.

• Patrick Jenkins, 31, no address available, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair and charged with domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John Guinn, 41, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Doug Combs and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass.

• Joey Pearce, 50, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer James Stevens and charged with public intoxication.

• Savyon Prather, 19, 610 W C. St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers additionally charged Prather with possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful carrying or possession of a firearm.

• Samantha Robinson, 27, 2819 Emory Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Mariah Morton, 21, 1637 Kentucky Ave., Bristol, was arrested Thursday by EPD Sgt. Doug Combs on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
