• Lucus Peterson, 20, 160 William Brewer Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Roger Brown on warrants charging him with aggravated domestic assault, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, aggravated burglary, and unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon.

• Leonard Price, 38, 292 Bulldog Hollow, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with vandalism.

• Michelle Whitehead, 32, 138 Atkins Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone and charged with public intoxication. On Saturday, CCSO Sgt. Kevin Kemp charged Whitehead with vandalism.

• Jeanet Watson, 38, 100 Milligan View Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown and charged with criminal trespass.

• Kristen Garland, 28, 112 W. Pine St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on warrants charging her with two counts of violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear.

• Katie Yeager, 26, 194 Stout Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Kristie Oliver, 42, 250 Big Sandy Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Investigator Nick Andes and charged with driving on a revoked license, possession of Schedule II drugs (methamphetamine), and possession of Schedule IV drugs.

• April Britt, 32, 152 Blakemore Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft.

• Julian Smith, 26, 741 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Heather Taylor, 32, 227 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Lt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• James Dockery, 27, 131 Kiser Circle Jonesborough, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Dale Tester, 30, 1854 Powder Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Kevin Kemp and charged with vandalism.

• Jessie Arnett, 70, 397 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Justice Godsey, 23, 1972 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer David Johnson on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.

• Marcus Burns, 21, 2221 Wheeler St., Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with driving on a suspended license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and failure to exercise due care.

• Kyle Newsom, 25, 131 Captain Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer David Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Tabitha Turner, 41, 118 Berry Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with possession of Schedule III drugs and public intoxication.

• Robbie Bowman, 35, 1910 E. Watauga Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with public intoxication and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

• George Bray, 33, 812 Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with public intoxication and resisting stop/halt/frisk.
