• Sandy Pope, 36, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.

• Hunter Pope, 33, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with domestic assault.

• Tina Powell, 45, 2797 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins and charged with domestic assault.

• Gino Fontana, 28, 110 Harding Lane, Unicoi, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Richard Johnson, 29, 154 Keenburg Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins charging him with driving on a suspended license.

• Wade Hampton, 50, 133 Roan St., Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Adam Taylor on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary and failure to give immediate notice of accident and a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Lisa Hitechew, 46, 315 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Larry Stapleton, 24, 431 W G. St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged Stapleton with possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of Schedule III drugs.
