• Brittany Turbyfill, 24, 147 Dolan Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Michael Trivette, 34, 611 N. Roan St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek charging him with driving on a suspended license and violation of financial responsibility.

• Dennis Connor, 31, 1009 Old Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Wade Hampton, 50, 133 Roan St., Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday by deputies of the CCSO on an indictment charging him with theft over $1,000 and aggravated burglary.

• James Hughes, 24, 150 White Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain and charged with public intoxication.

• Kimberly Armstead, 45, 2204 Marion Drive, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Douglas Combs charging her with first offense driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility, failure to exercise due care, and misuse of evidence of registration.

• Nancy Forbes, 44, 1614 Dixon St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Samantha Maney charging her with first offense driving on a suspended license and failure to exercise due care.

• Brian McRae, 42, 286 Ridge Hill Road, Bristol, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging him with first offense driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility, and misuse of evidence of registration.

• Kurtis Honeycutt, 29, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with aggravated burglary.

• Ginger Stevens, 40, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with aggravated burglary and violation of an order of protection.
