Clarence Edward “Eddie” Bowery passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017. He was born on September 26, 1957 in Elizabethton, Tenn., and was preceded in death by his parents, Dana Layton Bowery Jr. and Patricia Ann Hardin Bowery.
Eddie is survived by three sons, Casey, Cole and Cameron; his brother, David Bowery; a sister, Pam Harris and her husband Kenny; Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jack Morton; Aunt Kathryn “Sis” Nodhturft; nieces, Jennifer and Samantha; a nephew, Daniel; and many cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 6, at Hunter United Methodist Church with Rev. Estill Williams officiating. A burial will be conducted at a later date.
Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Hunter United Methodist Women’s Society or to the American Heart Association.
