• Matthew Dugger, 26, 1726 Persinger Drive, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Tristan Causby, 19, 100 Carter Sells Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with filing a false report.
• Brad Barnum, 43, 1253 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with 10th offense driving on a suspended license, misuse of evidence of registration, and violation of financial responsibility. Combs also served Barnum with an arrest warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Daniel Moody, 20, 2328 East Side Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.
