Cathy Sue Guy, 63, of the Poga Community of Butler, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 16, 2016, from her residence.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later time.
Tetrick Funeral Home of Elizabethton is serving the Guy family.
