• Brandon Williams, 36, 604 Kerry Court, Bristol, Va., was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with theft over $1,000.
• Peggy Dunn, 62, 812 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morell and charged with second offense driving under the influence.
• Lonnie Oliver, 38, 133 Carver Crabtree Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Chelsea Moore, 23, 119 Rocky Top Drive, Watauga, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer David Johnson charging her with shoplifting.
