• Savannah Morefield, 28, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Eric Norman and charged with domestic assault.
• Zachary Justus, 21, 161 Arwood Hill Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• David White, 65, 1213 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with reckless endangerment by use of a deadly weapon and violation of the habitual motor offender law.
•Robert Whitehead, 33, 215 Bear Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with second offense driving under the influence and violation of the open container law.
• Robyn McLoyd, 51, 129 Arlington Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson on warrants charging her with three counts of identity theft and violation of probation.
• Christian McKay, 21, 106 Waterfront Lane, Butler, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on two warrants charging him with violation of probation. CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett also served McKay with an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Andrew Byrd, 38, 260 Marion Branch Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second offense driving on a revoked license, speeding 20 plus miles per hour over, and violation of financial responsibility.
• Joshua Norris, 33, 117 Joan Ann Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication.
