• Scottie Tester, 49, 1232 W. Main St., Mountain City, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with theft of property and burglary.
• Tia Brown, 35, 2141 Hawthorne Road, Kingsport, was arrested Friday by officers of the CCSO on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Daniel Taylor, 40, 1107 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Adam Taylor on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• David Fox, 20, 446 Nave Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by officers of the CCSO on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Houston Ball, 47, 138 Poplar Hill Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
• Rodney Rudd, 31, 121 Meadowlark Drive, Jonesborough, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Glenn Swearingen, 36, no address available, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with domestic assault.
• Steven Point, 37, 437 Sally Cove Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Tiffany Bare, 29, 114 Vanover Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Sean Huvane on a warrant out of Greene County charging her with violation of probation.
• Mark Crawford, 24, 151 Crestview Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged Crawford with possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jerry Oaks, 34, 250 Piercetown Road, Butler, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on an indictment charging him with vehicular homicide and driving on a revoked license.
• James Bowers, 41, 518 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Lisa Parlier, 33, 140 Honeycutt St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Christopher McClellan, 20, 742 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Amanda Turner, 29, 259 Riverbend Road, Bristol, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on an indictment charging her with fabricating/tampering with evidence.
• Roger Killen, 28, 109 Miller Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Thomas Ledford, 52, 112 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a prohibited weapon and resisting stop/arrest.
• Michael Trivette, 45, 56 Mustang Lane, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Friday by EPD Officer David Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Larry Bailey, 61, 1182 Old State Route 34, Jonesborough, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer James Stevens and charged with driving under the influence.
• Lisa Russell, 51, 5233 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Monday by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana and charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christopher Grindstaff, 22, 162 Neth Drive, Milligan College, was arrested Monday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock and charged with criminal impersonation. Officers also served Grindstaff with a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespassing.
• Haley Spurlock, 19, 199 Swimming Poll Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock charging her with shoplifting.
