• Jodi LaMountain, 28, of Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Morgan Langett, 23, 850 Rock Creek Road, Erwin, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and failure to yield with contact.
