• Brandon Coleman, 19, no address available, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with three counts of aggravated assault under domestic violence.
• Betty Simerly, 42, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with filing a false report and being an accessory after the fact to aggravated assault under domestic violence.
• Joshua Price, 23, 1144 Powder Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Bradley Parker, 34, 1001 McArthur St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Hopkins on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Michael Trivette, 45, 56 Mustang Lane, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with vandalism and possession of Schedule III drugs. Officers also served Trivette with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Christy Grindstaff, 30, 132 Sneed Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court.
• Jonathan Diehl, 22, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Randall Davis, 19, 134 Mallard Cove Drive, Butler, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kevin Fisher, 31, 147 Fox Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a court order charging him with contempt of court.
• Megan Oliver, 23, 900 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland no a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Darren Kelly, 28, 364 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on warrants charging him with driving on a suspended license, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
• Peyton Ford, 19, 132 Ranger Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Donovan Turner, 33, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Carlena Chambers, 26, 214 Rockhouse Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Brandon Stissell on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Joshua Morton, 20, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with first offense driving on a suspended license, possession of Schedule VI drugs for resale, possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Chelsie Little, 22, 214 Anderson St., Limestone, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. James Deese and charged with driving under the influence.
• Harley Phillips, 51, 309 Ferguson Ave., was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with domestic assault.
• Janice Shepherd, 58, 1845 Powder Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with public intoxication. Officers also served Shepherd with a summons charging her with shoplifting.
• Jerry Harrison, 41, 138 Canter Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also charged Harrison with criminal impersonation.
• Gary Carden, 52, 2278 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with second offense driving under the influence, possession of Schedule IV drugs, violation of the implied consent law, driving on a revoked license and retaliation for past action.
• David Holsclaw, 33, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor charging him with driving under the influence, simple possession of Schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Matthew Dye, 18, 850 Rock Creek Road, Lot 32, Erwin, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with shoplifting.
• Bobby Williams, 41, 504 Highway 321, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Eric Buck charging him with second offense driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and driving an unregistered vehicle.
