• Gabrielle Walker-Sluss, 27, 1734 Valley View Drive, Big Stone Gap, Va., was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Virginia. Officers also issued Walker-Sluss with a criminal summons charging her with shoplifting.
• Ricky Martin, 27, 207 Academy St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Christopher Anderson, 29, 412 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespassing.
•Michael J. Greenwell, 33, 116 Gilbert Wilson Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging him with aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000, two counts of violation of financial responsibility, driving on a suspended license, second offense driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence, improper lane change, and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Daniel Escobar, 40, 245 Riggs Road, Watauga, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
