Police Beats for 07/14/2016

• Joseph Raymer, 36, 351 Highway 91, Apt. C4, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Joshua Hopkins on a warrant charging him with domestic assault and child abuse. Officers also charged Raymer with resisting arrest and evading arrest.
• Jessie Estep, 27, no address available, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Hopkins and charged with domestic assault, public intoxication and simple possession of Schedule IV drugs.
• Jeffery Hammonds, 23, 701 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Joseph Wilson, 22, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Davis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• John Mann, 66, 120 Five Oaks Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain and charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
• Samuel Edwards, 50, 542 Bear Cage Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone and charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied consent.
• Dennis Harvey, 27, 306 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on warrants charging him with possession of Schedule II drugs and sale of Schedule II drugs in a school zone. Officers also charged Harvey with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christopher Bufford, 50, 120 Hazelwood Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by officers of the EPD on warrants charging him with possession of Schedule II drugs and the sale of Schedule II drugs in a school zone.
• Larry Burns, 24, 800 Swadley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Christopher Crawford, 35, 2012 Leeland Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with first offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and speeding.
