•Amanda Edwards, 35, 208 Pioneer Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an indictment charging her with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Tabatha Markland, 26, 604 Beech St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Nikki Bates, 33, 400 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with filing a false report.
• Duane Yeager, 49, 936 Simerly Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Virginia.
• Clay Hardin, 39, 817 S. Watuaga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with violation of an order of protection.
• Bobbie Dillard, 47, 100 Milligan View Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana charging her with driving without a license, driving on a roadway laned for traffic, and violation of financial responsibility.
