Michael Powell Colbaugh, 43, of Elizabethton, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Michael was born November 10, 1972 in Elizabethton. He was a faithful member of Beck Mountain Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Powell Colbaugh; his maternal grandparents, Harold and Pauline “Grandma Moses” Lovelace; and his paternal grandparents, Arthur and Nannie Pearl Colbaugh.
Survivors include his mother, Wilma Lovelace Colbaugh; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and his church family, Beck Mountain Baptist Church, whom he loved dearly.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 2, with the visitation ending with a Prayer by his Pastor, Ronnie Campbell. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to everyone for their kindness and love that they gave Michael throughout his life. Interment will be private.
